Unilever Future Leaders Programme
The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) at Unilever Sri Lanka offers a comprehensive and rigorous two year agenda that aims to develop future leaders by exposing them to key areas of the company.
It challenges you from the time you fill in your application, throughout the assessment stages, presenting yourself in front of the key decision makers and finally through a comprehensive rotation plan in different areas of the company.
In short, throughout the UFLP, you will be provided opportunities to work on exciting yet challenging assignments with various managers, which will provide you with insight into how our organisation works.
Candidate Profile
Eligible candidates should:
- Be 27 years of age or younger as at 1st October 2012
- Have graduated with a minimum second class upper degree from a recognized university / institute
- Possess a full professional qualification relevant to your career wish
- Be an exceptional achiever of extracurricular activities with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years work experience preferred
- Full / part postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage
