HR Business Partners
Our business partners work as strategic partners to functions such as Supply Chain, Customer Development (Sales), Brands, Finance and IT to identify the needs of the business and provide support to develop, manage and implement appropriate capability strategies to build leadership and culture.
HR Expertise Teams
HR expertise teams consist of experts in areas such as leadership, learning and reward. They are responsible for designing, developing and deploying policies processes, systems and tools that allow us to attract, select and develop talented individuals. They also provide a connection with highly qualified external experts and keep us up to date with industry best practice.
HR Shared Services
The HR shared services team performs a service and performance delivery role and seeks to continuously improve services such as payroll, recruitment, pensions and benefits. They also track, monitor and aggressively manage service performance of outsourced partners to ensure that HR services are on time and complete.
As a manufacturing company our Industrial Relations Department plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy relationships with the workforce and are primarily responsible for addressing workers grievances through negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
