The discipline is divided into two broad areas.
Brand development
Brand development is the strategic level which focuses on creating compelling visions for our brands and developing plans across the marketing mix. It includes brand communications, innovation and renovation. In Brand development there is a vast scope to work across many categories, you will also gain exposure to working with global teams.
Brand building
At Unilever Sri Lanka we translate the visions created globally by brand development teams into local market context by using local insights. Together with both external and internal stakeholders we plan activities to deliver market share and make sure those plans are executed flawlessly. Working with our brands you will gather a depth of knowledge as to how and why we do what we do.
