Our planners are unique individuals who have both analytical and great interpersonal skills and help bring innovations to market. Working with all business functions, they are key in our sales and operations planning process. There are two main areas of planning. Demand Planning uses statistical models as well as market knowledge to determine potential sales. Using this data, Supply Planning ensures factories are able to meet these sales on time in the most cost effective way.
Supply Management
We are all about taking our brands and business to new heights. Supply management’s strength is its people and processes, which facilitate optimising cost and quality of what we buy where we buy from and how we execute it.
Intelligent and strategic sourcing or raw material, packaging and non production items which is worth over Rs. 16 billion sure does help reduce cost, waste and supports the achievement of key performance indicators of our supply chain, thereby helping it reach new heights.
Aided by strong efficient and effective negotiation skills, backed by teams across the company aligned to one goal the team explores new ways of working with suppliers and focuses on building long term partnerships with them for a stronger and better tomorrow.
Manufacturing
With many impressive production facilities around the world, our manufacturing record is highly coveted. You will help factories improve efficiencies and adapt to the changing needs of customers and consumers. As a manager, you will be responsible for a team's quality, output and costs. In engineering, you could be designing and building high-speed production lines and ensuring their smooth operation.
Customer Service & Logistics
In Customer Service and logistics your core role is to understand customer needs and work together with our sales teams to solve joint logistical challenges such as on shelf availability. Roles include responsibilities for order management, managing warehousing and transportation and ensuring the products arrive as promised to meet customer needs.
